Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to create a soccer space where every child feels respected, challenged, and valued—regardless of background or circumstance. We believe soccer can be more than just a game. For many children, it is a first introduction to confidence, teamwork, discipline, and a sense of belonging. Helping Hands exists to make that experience accessible to every child, not just those with opportunity.Click on the buttons to view our interview and the programs we're donating to and learn more about us!

Who We Serve

Helping Hands exists for kids who want to learn soccer and for volunteer coaches want to give back. We are built on a model where those who teach and who learn grow together - on and off the field.

We create a structure where those who teach and those who learn grow together.

More Than Soccer

At Helping Hands, soccer is about more than the game itself.
Through every session, children develop:
   •    Teamwork and communication
   •    Resilience through challenge
   •    Respect and responsibility
   •    Confidence built through effort

Giving Back Through Every Session

EVERY SESSION DIRECTLY SUPPORTS CHILDREN BEYOND OUR OWN COMMUNITY.

All proceeds from Helping Hands programs are donated 100% to nonprofit organizations.

Families support their own children’s growth while simultaneously expanding access to sports for kids worldwide who would not otherwise have the opportunity.

Currently, Helping Hands supports nonprofit partners in West Michigan (Village 99), Africa (Kenya & Ghana), and South America (Argentina & Chile), and continues to expand partnerships with organizations that share our mission.
